Requirements:
8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related field. Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data. Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred). Client vertical experience (preferred). Exposure to analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to stakeholders (preferred). Experience working cross-functionally with implementation, analytics, or sales teams (preferred). Familiarity with AI-driven decision-support tools or automation tools (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Engage high-profile prospects through outreach and industry events. Drive thought leadership on Fetch and AI's role in loyalty, commerce, and media. Generate revenue by converting partners and prospects into long-term relationships. Articulate Fetch's value proposition and ad products. Strategically plan and grow accounts, utilizing AI for predictions and recommendations. Interpret and articulate data sets using AI-powered tools. Develop and improve strategic playbooks and onboarding tools, embedding AI. Develop creative solutions to sales challenges using AI. Independently forecast book of business, leveraging AI tools. Develop gap-to-quota plans with AI support. Manage Salesforce hygiene using AI tools. Prioritize and meet deadlines. Act as a thought partner on pod performance, championing AI workflows. Coach peers on sales planning and strategy. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership. Play an active role in hiring and shaping the partner manager team culture. Demonstrate Fetch's values, especially toward AI. Identify and share inefficiencies, leveraging AI to solve issues. Share partner feedback and learnings, using AI tools. Manage complex organizational structures within partner accounts using tools like LinkedIn/ZoomInfo.
