Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams Relationship driven with a strategic mindset Successfully demonstrated experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections Technologically focused and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Responsibilities:
Work to help families and referral sources with seniors needing discharge into a community or home care. Deliver on target quota of families selecting a senior care option monthly by generating referrals. Maintain a portfolio of clients in hospitals and skilled nursing centers. Develop, own, and grow accounts to increase referral volume. Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations. Educate families on care options and coordinate with Senior Living Advisors. Leverage CRM and internal structure to manage pipeline. Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback.
