Requirements:
6+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, talent management, campaign management or digital brand partnerships. Proven track record of turning (campaign) data insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable performance. Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social content trends, and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Confident managing large, multi-market retailer or multi-category campaigns. Strong commercial acumen, linking creative decisions to business impact. Analytical mindset — able to interpret performance data to guide casting and content decisions. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills — comfortable liaising with creators, clients, and internal teams. Experience managing creators directly, including contracting and negotiation. Organized, proactive, and able to balance strategic planning with detail-oriented delivery. A self-starter with strong creative instincts, commercial acumen, and an eye for emerging talent. A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency. Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence. Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment. A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute creator campaigns blending creativity with data-led strategy. Lead influencer casting with a strategic, data-informed, and commercial mindset. Partner with Creator Success to identify, coach, and nurture influencers. Develop structured processes for mini castings by vertical. Champion inclusion of top UK creators across major campaigns. Maintain visibility on paid and organic content output. Manage creator contracting, communication, and rate negotiation. Manage bonus or incentive schemes for creators. Translate performance insights into actionable creative and casting recommendations. Champion a "test and learn" approach. Surface insights on organic performance growth and analyze campaign data. Represent campaign performance and insights in internal and client meetings. Act as the primary operational bridge between teams. Champion collaboration between teams. Act as a creative problem-solver. Support and mentor junior team members.
