5+ years of experience working within a product/engineering organization Experience shaping, building, or coordinating product development from idea to finished product Ability to analyze and prioritize customer and business needs Strong eye for design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts Entrepreneurial drive Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus and accuracy Confidence to make well-informed, independent decisions Experience working with integrated hardware and software is a plus
