Senior Product Manager, DeFi

5-8+ years of product management experience, with experience in crypto-native product roles Deep domain knowledge of blockchain / DeFi / tokenization / stablecoins / decentralized exchanges Experience working in regulated industries (FinTech, finance, crypto exchange or payments under regulatory oversight) Strong technical literacy for product design discussions and understanding on-chain issues Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, dashboards, user research, and on-chain metrics Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and alignment skills

Define long-term vision and roadmap for crypto-native product domains Lead ideation, specification, design, development, and launch of product features Ensure product adheres to U.S. regulatory requirements Analyze user behavior, market trends, and on-chain data Benchmark competing products and protocols Drive cross-functional alignment across teams Define metrics of success and monitor KPIs Represent the voice of the user and advocate for usability, transparency, and security
