Requirements:
Technical education OR adequate experience. Proficient use of English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages. Communication and general social skills. Experience with technical support/sales operations. Basic understanding of web technology and communication protocols. Basic understanding and/or willingness to learn about the esports and betting industries. Teamwork-oriented. Problem-solving attitude, with self-initiative and an eye for detail. Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, technical skills, and technologies. Desire and possibility to travel. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge (extra points). Basic programming knowledge (extra points). XML knowledge (extra points). Basic API and database knowledge (extra points). Other languages (extra points).
Responsibilities:
Integrate and support Oddin.gg digital products within customers’ platforms. Work closely with customers’ IT departments and Oddin.gg teams for integration. Communicate directly with international B2B customers. Handle multiple customers at different locations. Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve customer issues. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
