Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success Engineer or Technical Support Engineer), focused on API products. Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Solid understanding of API concepts, RESTful architecture, and web services. Prior experience with API testing tools and frameworks is a plus. Prior experience with mobile app development is a plus. Prior experience with SQL is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
