Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success Engineer or Technical Support Engineer), focused on API products. Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Solid understanding of API concepts, RESTful architecture, and web services. Prior experience with API testing tools and frameworks is a plus. Prior experience with mobile app development is a plus. Prior experience with SQL is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
Guide customers in API integration into web and mobile applications. Collaborate with the development team during onboarding. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers. Analyze internal logs to troubleshoot customer issues. Monitor API usage and performance proactively. Craft sample code snippets using JavaScript. Develop automation scripts for API testing. Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Build strong customer relationships. Work with Customer Success Managers to onboard, retain, and grow customers. Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team.
