Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or related roles. Extensive experience leading complex and sensitive workplace investigations. Strong working knowledge of employment and equal employment opportunity laws. Proven experience partnering with employment legal counsel. Exceptional judgment, discretion, and integrity. Strong communication skills, including interviewing, writing reports, and presenting. A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing trends and generating insights. Proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. Comfortable operating in a Virtual First, distributed environment. Proficiency using design thinking. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the flow of work.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic partnership and guidance to leaders and employees. Lead highly sensitive and complex investigations. Collaborate with Employment Legal and HR Business Partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for HRBPs for ER guidance. Evolve investigative frameworks and best practices. Improve, design, and roll out processes and programs for a positive employee relations environment. Maintain an ER case management system and produce insights. Analyze ER and workforce data to develop strategies. Act as a culture ambassador.
