Requirements:
Independent licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist required. Minimum of 5 years of experience required. EAP experience, including consultation with leaders on workplace events, mental health, substance use, and job performance concerns. SAP qualified preferred. CEAP certification preferred. Supervisory experience and/or experience working with management and human resource professionals preferred. Demonstrated SUD experience. Experience working with diverse populations (bilingual preferred). Tech and computer savvy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Training and experience in delivering management consultation, management referral, critical incident response, and case management. Experience working with expatriates, preferred. Understanding of Drug Free Workplace policies, preferred. Comfortable providing safety planning, crisis management, and intervention during risk scenarios. Committed to high-quality and timely documentation.
Responsibilities:
Provide virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners on behavioral health and workplace topics. Respond to leadership inquiries and assess situations to determine appropriate action. Develop relationships with site assigned HR and key stakeholders. Promote EAP awareness and coordinate promotional activities. Coordinate site-specific activities and ensure visiting affiliate counselors are prepared. Organize EAP employee orientations, supervisor trainings, seminars, and webinars. Provide support for critical incident response, crisis intervention, threat assessment, and fitness for duty evaluations. Participate in Threat Management Team meetings. Manage case management for US employees and their families preparing for international assignments, including relocation interviews. Provide case management for mandatory Drug Free Workplace Program referrals. Complete documentation timely and accurately. Track daily activities and provide data. Attend monthly Supplier Integration meetings. Complete other duties as assigned.
