Senior Operational Transformation Analyst

5+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, process improvement, or operational excellence roles. Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in process mapping, business analysis, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL). Experience working with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations Management, or related field, or similar years of relevant experience.

Assess current-state operations and define strategic priorities. Develop business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for change. Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and workflow vulnerabilities. Embed controls and policies into technology and operations. Lead process analysis using Lean/Six Sigma principles. Implement standardized frameworks and procedures. Define KPIs and build dashboards for transformation initiatives. Translate data into insights for strategic decisions. Support end-to-end implementation of transformation initiatives. Drive stakeholder adoption through training and enablement.
