5+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, process improvement, or operational excellence roles. Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in process mapping, business analysis, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL). Experience working with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations Management, or related field, or similar years of relevant experience.
