Responsibilities:
Facilitate onboarding for new customers in the low-touch program. Prepare customer materials, conduct check-ins and business reviews, fulfill data requests, and manage account configurations. Manage and execute tasks throughout the customer journey. Collaborate with Sales, Legal Network, and Product Operations to resolve issues. Perform operational tasks like CRM updates and customer call reviews. Engage in status discussions and collaborate with fellow customer success managers. Contribute to training and enablement development.
