1+ year of experience in a high-volume Business Development position Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with potential customers Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience managing both inbound and outbound leads Knowledge of sales and marketing principles Prior experience working for a tech startup or a similar environment is highly preferred, particularly with SMB and Annual Contract Values (ACVs) below $10k per month SaaS workflow experience and strong technical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Knowledge of the space management industry is a plus
