Serve as the day-to-day account lead for up to 5 Financial & Professional Services clients. Direct teams of 5-10 members, managing workflow, priorities, and team development. Provide strategic counsel aligned with client business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier financial, business, and industry trade press. Oversee PR programs from kickoff to goal achievement, ensuring measurable impact. Develop and manage monthly/annual budgets and team priority allocations. Contribute to company growth through new business development and organic client expansion. Lead at least one agency-wide training annually. Manage up to 2 direct reports, set goals, and conduct performance reviews. Act as a coach across account teams.
