Requirements:
6-8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments. Track record of taking complex products to market, including CRM management, CRM automation & AI initiatives. Experience in high-growth, scaling organizations. Strong experience in customer discovery methodologies. Demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product strategies. Significant hands-on experience in discovering and delivering technology products collaboratively with UX designers and engineers. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority. Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders. Strategic mindset with ability to identify, create, and deliver growth initiatives in ambiguous environments. Business acumen with ability to build business cases and prioritize customer needs. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with agile development methodologies. Experience with modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms). Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of Personal Injury legal practice management market and attorney needs. Lead collaborative discovery with design and engineering partners to understand customer pain points. Lead strategy and vision for initiatives, defining business cases and ROI for automation. Partner with AI infrastructure team to align roadmaps for AI-powered solutions. Drive continuous problem-solving through data analysis, user feedback, and outcome measurement. Lead cross-functional alignment around outcomes, tracking progress and taking corrective action. Collaborate with Product Operations, Data Intelligence, and Analytics teams on measurement frameworks. Champion customer empathy and make strategic trade-offs. Influence, negotiate, and articulate strategy with stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM teams on commercialization strategies. Partner with Customer Success and GTM to drive adoption and change management. Influence the 8am product vision and strategy across the organization.
