Requirements:
5+ years' experience in a sales role in a CPG brand/manufacturer and/or distributor Beverage experience highly preferred Building long-term relationships with customers and distributors Delivering strong sales growth YoY Building and developing a sales team Selling to different types of retailers and foodservice customers Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred Must be able to perform the physical tasks this position requires Valid driver’s license and access to reliable automobile transportation
Responsibilities:
Achieve channel- and account-specific goals Develop promotions and trade marketing plans Evaluate trade spend/ROI and increase profitability Create in-store demo strategy Ensure flawless execution of strategies at store/operator level Lead full sales cycle for increased distribution Lead relationships with distribution partners Support distributor sales teams and Basemakers Analyze performance across all retailers and share insights Maintain CRM discipline and ensure data accuracy Manage presence at events, food shows, and trade shows
