Sr. Manager, Sustainability

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Sustainability, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience managing and implementing sustainability programs. Strong knowledge of sustainability concepts, environmental health regulations, and strategies including GHG emissions, waste diversion, energy and water conservation, renewable energy procurement, and related best practices. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results with minimal supervision. LEED AP or ENV SP accreditation preferred. Data Center, high-tech, or rapid growth industry experience strongly preferred. Advanced skills in sustainability data management, reporting platforms, and analytics tools preferred.

Implement strategies and technologies to reduce GHG emissions, energy and water use, and waste. Develop and manage systems for sustainability data collection, analysis, and reporting. Lead internal and external reporting, including sustainability reports, TCFD disclosures, GRESB, and customer/investor reporting. Align sustainability initiatives with project goals and timelines. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and propose recommendations. Support green building certification processes (e.g., LEED, Green Globes, Energy Star). Develop and maintain sustainability KPIs, performance dashboards, and measurement tools.
