Own and deliver against the department’s output targets. Support the department’s sales target via collaboration with the business development team. Collaborate with business development and sales teams to shape proposals and respond to RFPs. Lead solution design and technical input during pre-sales engagements. Represent our Microsoft practice in client meetings, pitches, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Microsoft, and other strategic partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Ensure client satisfaction and long-term value through high-impact solution delivery. Support the Operations Director to drive the Microsoft platforms strategy. Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance across all Microsoft technologies. Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues. Mentor and develop internal talent within our Microsoft practice. Promote continuous learning and Microsoft certification across the team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
