Responsibilities:
Build Introzy’s external developer platform: public APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and MCPs Build and maintain partner integrations and data syncs via REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows Design resilient integration patterns: retries, backoff, idempotency, rate limiting, and observability Create internal tooling and admin surfaces for monitoring, replays, and customer support Collaborate with Product/CS on integration requirements, scopes, and customer rollouts Establish clear contracts and versioning for integrations using OpenAPI and typed clients Contribute across the stack when needed (React UI for setup, Node jobs, SQL migrations)
