Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. Foundational expertise in manufacturing principles (e.g., CNC Machining, Additive Manufacturing, Injection Molding). Less than 3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role. Experience or coursework in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Experience or coursework in interpreting Manufacturing Drawings and GD&T. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multi-line data. Effective communicator and team collaborator. Driven and self-motivated with a desire to learn the custom manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Support quoting, data organization, and technical documentation for customer programs. Assist with internal cost-modeling and quoting-tool development. Assist with supplier communication and tracking of quality documents. Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the solution lifecycle. Lead a capstone mini-project for process improvement. Answer basic customer technical questions related to DFx and manufacturing capabilities.
