Engineering Manager - Ingestion & Application

4+ years managing a Product engineering team at a high-growth, ventured-backed SaaS company. Experience with owning all aspects of people management for cross disciplinary teams. Experience with growing teams and partnering closely with a recruiting team. Experience partnering with Product Managers and Designers. Experience owning user-facing product features. Experience contributing to strategic direction, roadmaps, and processes. Experience with AWS and technologies such as Serverless, Golang, React, TypeScript and GraphQL.

Grow and evolve the team through mentorship, hiring, and technical expertise. Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, support engineers, and account managers to define team vision and roadmap. Lead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions. Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of Panther’s engineering management team. Ensure engineering deliverables are on time, to specification, with an emphasis on quality.
