SRE (Data Tools)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Understanding of multi-component system architecture principles. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and Bash for automation. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Work experience with vendor solutions (bonus). Experience with payment or fintech systems (bonus). Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) (bonus). Background in performance tuning and database reliability (bonus).

Act as the first point of contact for analysts. Collect feedback and resolve infrastructure issues. Maintain key analytics tools. Manage reliability and availability of solutions. Assist in design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions. Monitor technological metrics of services. Collaborate with DevOps engineers. Write and maintain deployment scripts, configs, helm charts, and CI/CD jobs. Address infrastructure issues and resolve product failures. Participate in incident investigations. Maintain technical documentation.
