Business Development Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Growth, Business Development Strategy, or Business Operations, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth startups. Deep understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, exchange operations, and asset listing processes. Strong analytical and operational background; fluent in SQL and data tooling (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude). Comfortable leading cross-functional projects involving Product, Legal, Data, and Engineering. Proven track record of closing complex deals in a highly regulated industry. Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, particularly staking and tokenomics. Experience managing and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Own and optimize sales relationships for Listings and Earn (Staking + Boost). Lead execution of listing and campaign initiatives. Lead negotiations and structure deal terms. Serve as the relationship manager for key Earn partners. Support the design and implementation of referral systems and incentive campaigns. Build and maintain scalable workflows for compliant campaign execution. Partner with Product and Data to implement experimentation infrastructure. Collaborate with Marketing, BD, and Affiliate teams. Research market opportunities and create Listings strategies.
