Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound prospecting role. Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets for qualified meetings, opportunities generated, or similar sales development KPIs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly resourceful and tenacious. Proficient with sales enablement tools such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. A positive attitude, resilient mindset, and a strong desire to learn and grow. Expertise in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong, Linkedin, Zoominfo, etc) Experience working in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries is preferred. Driven and self-motivated to exceed quotas Strong sense of urgency to build a healthy sales pipeline Tenacious and relentless with prospecting efforts Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mentality Not scared to pick up the phone Persistence in overcoming objections Coachable, driven to expand knowledge Agile and adaptable to evolving business needs Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to explain complex, technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences Highly collaborative mentality Strong critical thinking Creative problem solving
Responsibilities:
Strategically identify and research key decision-makers within healthcare organizations. Initiate personalized cold calls, craft compelling emails, and use social selling to engage prospects. Lead insightful conversations with prospects to uncover business needs and pain points. Develop and refine tailored and compelling messaging. Maintain a clean and accurate record of all activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans. Stay on top of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new challenges in healthcare.
