Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, ideally in fintech, POS, merchant services, or telecom. Managed 10+ freelancers, consultants, or commission-based sales teams across different regions. Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives on ownership and impact. Understands the needs of small business owners and how to build long-term customer relationships. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM tools. Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a national sales network of 20-30 self-employed Field Sales Consultants across Germany. Actively sell SumUp’s POS and payment products to local businesses. Provide continuous training, performance reviews, and on-the-ground support to FSCs. Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and design initiatives to increase acquisition and retention. Share local insights, design market initiatives, and scale presence nationwide.
