Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. DEC in Civil Engineering prior to Bachelor's is an asset. Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ). Experience in urban infrastructure and road engineering. Demonstrated teamwork skills. Attention to detail and quality of design.
Responsibilities:
Design stormwater management systems, sewer networks, water main networks, and roadways. Plan excavation and grading work. Coordinate project technical aspects with other disciplines, clients, and external stakeholders. Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and construction cost estimates. Prepare specific technical studies, feasibility studies, and preliminary designs. Establish work phasing and project timelines. Perform construction site monitoring from the office and occasional site visits.
