Responsibilities:
Determine client needs and estimate costs for municipal infrastructure projects. Produce and interpret plans and specifications. Estimate quantities and costs of projects. Design water networks, sewers, and roads. Design storm water retention systems. Liaise with clients and present plans and specifications. Prepare and present authorization requests to the MELCC. Prepare and present intervention permit requests to the MTQ. Research relevant project information. Occasionally draft service offers. Oversee construction work, surveillance, and compliance. Attend client meetings. Monitor budgets.
