Experience doing analytical work with credit cards Experience leading and managing a talented team of analysts Proven ability to problem solve end-to-end Familiarity with SQL, python, or other tools for data analysis 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical role Bachelor’s or Masters in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field

Manage P&L and build out the proactive multicard and upgrades program Lead and mentor a team of analysts Optimize account management strategies Develop a roadmap for the proactive multicard and upgrades program Engage with senior management to articulate strategy Collaborate with cross functional teams across product, data science, engineering and capital markets
