Director of Account Management

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, client relations, or partnership management At least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry Strong understanding of healthcare plans, payer models, and the healthcare industry ecosystem Proven ability to manage and lead a team (at least 3 years of people management experience) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated success in managing large, complex client portfolios Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and industry standards (HIPAA)

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare plan partners Understand partner needs and identify growth opportunities Lead and mentor account management team Drive initiatives to strengthen partnerships and enhance customer loyalty Oversee contract renewals, expansion, and upselling Lead strategic discussions on new products/services Monitor and manage account health metrics Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery Track and analyze account performance data Prepare and present reports for executive leadership Ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA) Stay up-to-date with healthcare landscape changes
