Senior Technical Product Manager - Trust & Safety

4-6 years of product management experience At least 3+ years in AI, ML, or data-centric product development Experience building or scaling Trust & Safety, content moderation, or risk mitigation systems Proven ability to lead technical product work with engineers and data scientists Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including model development, prompt engineering, evaluation, and safety controls Strong analytical skills Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative field (preferred)

Lead the Trust & Safety product roadmap from discovery to iteration. Design and launch AI-driven systems for content safety, behavior monitoring, and risk detection. Partner with Data Science to train and deploy ML and generative AI models. Develop frameworks for AI safety, explainability, and compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, Customer Care, and Engineering. Define and track Trust & Safety OKRs. Use experimentation and data analysis to improve detection systems. Advocate for a user-centered safety culture.
