Manage data migration from start to finish for new clients. Create, update, and manage internal and external data migration protocols. Work closely with data migration engineers and customer success trainers. Provide customer feedback to Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. Perform initial onboarding of firms and ensure successful transition. Maintain proactive engagement with clients during data migration. Conduct post-migration check-ins and address migration issues. Share customer insights to improve onboarding processes. Provide customer insight to Product and Customer Success teams. Offer feedback for updates to the Migration Coordination Process. Manage data migration tools and software. Maintain up-to-date communications between internal stakeholders.
