2 to 5+ years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or lead generation roles Proven success in converting warm leads for service-based industries, ideally healthcare or dental services Strong communication skills Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Boxly CRM Comfortable using Voicestack or other cloud-based calling systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage lead pipelines efficiently Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to follow structured call flows and meet conversion targets Must maintain reliable internet and a quiet workspace
