Turn scattered feedback into a view of "what could unlock the most value." Own key initiatives end-to-end: from idea through launch and follow-up. Help triage issues and make decisions on fixes. Define "success" for work (adoption, completion, revenue, etc.). Work with analytics to track usage and spot patterns. Share findings and suggest changes. Work with sales and customer success to ensure new features are understood and used. Contribute to release notes and internal FAQs. Help set up simple processes for a small team. Bring opinions but be willing to change your mind.
