Completed at least 2 years of college or vocational training, preferably in business, IT, engineering, communications, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar. Strong written English skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT). Ability to work across CRM systems (Salesforce), IoT monitoring platforms, shared inbox tools, and dashboard platforms (e.g., Power BI). Strong internet connection and reliable backup connectivity. Familiarity with basic water treatment terminology (training provided).
