Hospital Clinician Onboarding and Success Manager

3-5 years as a trauma program manager or director in an ACS verified Level I or II trauma center. Experience leading at least one ACS verification survey. Trauma registry data entry and report writing skills. Critical thinking skills for change management. Passion for technology and its influence on community health and safety. Solid experience managing tasks and deliverables, ideally multiple concurrently. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines. Experience leading a team is considered an asset.

Assess clinical resources during onboarding for effective trauma registry configuration. Manage customer expectations and ensure product configuration meets customer needs. Keep clients motivated and engaged during implementation. Develop new processes and recommend improvements for customer satisfaction. Identify and address implementation risks and project roadblocks. Meet or exceed productivity metrics while enhancing customer experience. Resolve immediate escalations to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with data conversions. Engage with customers post-implementation to assist with product adoption and value realization. Serve as the main point of contact for strategic alignment and relationship management. Lead quarterly business reviews with customers. Assist with product questions or requests.
