Welcome new patients via inbound/outbound calls, SMS, live chat, and email to schedule free consultations. Support existing patients by sending follow-up requests and fielding medical escalations. Accurately capture and enter patient information with detailed notes in CRM systems. Adhere to compliance with call flow, candidacy, light medical screening, and Quality Assurance requirements. Engage with patients, build rapport, and offer solutions by overcoming objections. Collaborate with Leadership, Training and QA to stay updated on new services and policies.
