Responsibilities:
Create and manage worker and client records within the Altios platform Issue contract drafts and review worker documents Request missing information and perform follow-ups Maintain client and internal onboarding reports Verify bank details and resolve missing payment information Track delayed payments and follow up with clients Respond to payment-related queries from workers and clients Handle day-to-day questions relating to contracts, invoices, addendums, and onboarding status Provide administrative support to key accounts Apply logical reasoning and independent judgement to resolve routine issues Streamline processes and support continuous improvement
