Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Trust & Safety organization. Oversee anti-cheat systems design and integration. Develop strategies to prevent account theft and compromise. Manage tech partnerships with SaaS and security providers. Define and optimize moderation, fraud detection, and safety processes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams. Identify emerging risks and deliver solutions.
