Experienced in trust & safety, content moderation, or related roles at a user-generated content (UGC) or creator platform Experienced leading high-performing teams, ideally in a fast-growing company Proficient in using AI tools to drive efficiency, automate workflows, and improve moderation systems Experienced working on high-risk platforms or with sensitive content Deeply understand online safety, digital harm, and moderation best practices

Define and evolve moderation and trust & safety vision and roadmap Build and lead a high-performance, distributed moderation team Own and evolve moderation policies and community guidelines Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams on safety tooling Define and report on moderation KPIs
