Completed training as Medical Documentation Assistant, Medical Documentarian, or Nurse Alternatively: Further training as Study Nurse, Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Trial Manager, or comparable professional experience Ideally certified Tumor Documentarian Proven experience in medical tumor documentation Sound knowledge in creating cancer registry reports Knowledge of Gießen Tumor Documentation System (GTDS/Web-GTDS) or comparable oncological documentation solutions is desirable Very good medical expertise in oncological diseases Proficient application of medical nomenclature and ICD-O and ICD-10 Basic IT skills (ideally Mac OS) and openness to new software solutions Proficient use of Google Workspace applications High stress resilience and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure High reliability, communication skills, and team spirit

Create cancer registry reports according to ADT/GEKID basis dataset Document unstructured oncological patient data Apply and expand oncological expertise for detailed documentation Provide direct feedback on new features, tools, and workflows Develop written work instructions for documentation Evaluate approaches for documenting new data elements Participate in data quality processes
