10+ years sales and leadership experience with a proven track record of success Extensive experience selling into self-insured employer groups (direct or through channel partners) Knowledge of health care benefits, the healthcare industry, and employee benefits Experience selling health technologies, medical insurance, employee benefits, SaaS, or consulting solutions in the employer market Demonstrated ability in developing and executing sales and marketing strategy Proficiency in all aspects of the sales process including outreach, relationship development, negotiation, closing, and ongoing management Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Outstanding customer focus and professionalism Entrepreneurial and resourceful Experience handling deadlines, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment Passion for cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities:
Execute market strategy to drive revenue with employer organizations Lead sales process: identify, engage, scope, and execute opportunities Build and develop relationships with brokers and consultants Establish communication strategies for market feedback Establish mechanisms to manage and report on sales pipeline Collaborate with Chief Commercial Officer on business plan Communicate value proposition, product features, and partnership expectations Execute phone/web/in-person meetings, follow-through, contracting, and transition to implementation teams
