Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (m/w/d)

Completed university degree in Business Administration in Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, ideally with leadership experience in an international environment. Experience in using BI tools. Comprehensive understanding of numbers and processes. Understanding of project profitability, as well as analytical, structured, and team-oriented way of working. Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness. Analytical thinking and structured work approach. Very good German language skills, fluent English language skills.

Responsibility for the budget process: planning, creation, and monitoring of the annual budget in close cooperation with various departments. Execution and coordination of the recurring forecast process. Improvement and further development of the Business Intelligence (BI) tool. Business partner role: advising and supporting departments on financial issues, analyses, and strategic decisions. Support for the Controlling and Accounting departments on BI and analysis questions. Creation and development of financial planning and forecasting processes. Participation in the development and implementation of financial processes and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient financial control. Support with ad-hoc analyses and projects to relieve the Finance Director of strategic decisions. Leading and participating in projects related to business developments, process improvements, system implementations, etc. Ensuring compliance with group guidelines and regulations.
