Ideally completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field. At least two years of professional experience in land acquisition, ideally in photovoltaic, wind, and hybrid projects. Experience in agriculture, real estate, or comparable roles is also advantageous. Very good understanding of municipal decision-making processes and cooperation with public institutions. Sound project management experience and strong organizational skills. Ability to identify planning risks and limitations early on. Experience in building and maintaining contacts with landowners and public institutions. Customer and goal-oriented work approach combined with strong communication skills and negotiation skills. High willingness to travel and enjoyment of field activities. Driver's license class B required. Fluent German language skills and good English language skills.

Identify suitable locations for photovoltaic, wind, and storage projects. Early identification of planning risks and restrictions. Build and maintain contacts with landowners and public institutions. Conduct negotiations and conclude lease agreements. Conclude permit agreements for potential areas. Secure infrastructure land for access and grid connections. Develop and introduce new approaches to land acquisition. Contribute to expanding the project pipeline.
