Internal Reporting Analyst

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse. Hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and transformation. Hands-on experience with Sigma Computing or similar BI tool. Proficient in SQL and optimizing data queries. Proficient with version control tools (e.g., Git). Strong understanding of data modeling principles, ETL processes, and pipeline architecture. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and clear visualizations. Excellent communication skills. Experience working in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments. Exposure to Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation.

Manage and maintain internal data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Sigma). Design, develop, and maintain data models in dbt. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements. Build and maintain Sigma dashboards. Manage roll out of analytical use cases. Monitor data quality and ensure integrity. Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements. Act as go-to expert for leadership on leveraging internal data.
