Commissions Analyst (Permanent Work from home)

2-5 years of experience in industries with commissions, revenue operations, or financial/data analysis. Advanced level of knowledge of Salesforce and Excel. Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into meaningful business narratives. Strong analytical skills and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to take initiative.

Oversee accurate and timely calculation of partner commissions. Maintain and track commission data, generating reports. Analyze commission program performance and identify improvement opportunities. Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies or disputes. Utilize commission management tools and Salesforce to track partner sales performance. Partner with internal teams to ensure commission programs are executed effectively and compliant.
