GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree. No fear of the phone and prepared to make a high volume of outbound dials, daily. General computer and email proficiency (Google Suite). A work environment free of distractions. Open to feedback and willing to implement for areas of improvement. Strong, engaging interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight. Must possess current US work authorization.
