1-3+ years of hands-on off-page SEO / link-building experience (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of white-hat link-building, anchor text strategies, link quality assessment, and link risk management. Practical experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, or similar. Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel. Excellent written communication skills for outreach and negotiation. Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
