Comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and customers. Strong communicator with experience presenting to legal and business audiences.

Partner with in-house legal teams and private practice groups to map workflows and configure Spellbook. Translate workflows and feedback into actionable product features and enhancements. Support onboarding and ongoing success with Customer Success Managers, joining sales calls and demos. Develop scalable playbooks, configuration guides, and training materials. Represent Spellbook in webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events. Support customers and internal teams with additional responsibilities and projects.
