7+ years of work experience in digital marketing Experience scaling personalized D2C/e-commerce email and SMS programs Experience creating engaging email and SMS campaigns Experience developing customer journeys and loyalty programs Experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESP), list segmentation, lifecycle automations, and triggered events Knowledge of Shopify and tech stack options (Privy, JustUno, Yotpo, Octane AI) Experience developing SMS and loyalty programming strategies Experience with SMS platforms (Attentive, PostScript, SMSBump, or Klaviyo) Ability to project manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience making data-driven decisions and turning analytics into actionable strategies Dedicated to learning trends and best practices in DTC marketing Experience developing and executing customer loyalty programs Experience with at least one direct report Exceptional leadership skills working with cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
