Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of technical leadership across full tech stacks, architecture, development processes, and multi-year technical strategy. 5+ years building and managing high-performing software teams from scratch. 3+ years designing, building, and launching Web3 and Crypto products. Experience designing and scaling API servers, with strong knowledge of RESTful principles, security, and performance optimization. Expertise in scalable, high-load, fault-tolerant, secure, highly-available services. Proven management of tech managers, leads, and senior ICs. Experience partnering with product leadership. Experience with agile budget planning and resource allocation. Strong DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure).
