Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content). Manage the Growth team, acting as a sparring partner and responsible for talent sourcing, management, and training. Set up a tight feedback loop with Sales to adjust targeting based on lead quality and prioritize high-intent leads.
