- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests.
- Proficiency in Growth Diagnosis & System Thinking.
- Proficiency in Persuasion & Behavioral Insight.
- Proficiency in Analytical thinking.
- Curiosity to dig into user behavior.
- Hands-On Execution approach.
- Precision in hypotheses, data, and results.
- Agility to move fast and adapt.
- Native/Bilingual French.
- Fluent English for professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Continuously assess, refine, and reposition offers.
- Map out and oversee implementation of funnels and campaigns.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests for optimization.
- Explore and scale new acquisition channels.
- Design and optimize growth loops.
- Manage and mentor the Growth team.
- Ensure tight feedback loop with Sales Team for lead quality.
